We are seeking a Service Technician for our client, a manufacturing company in Acton, MA. This is a DIRECT HIRE position. The main responsibility is to lead the repairs and maintenance of machines by providing excellent customer support.

Travel Requirements: 20% travel/year to customer locations in North America and Canada

• Maintenance and repair of machines, specifically hydraulic machines
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing machine errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Provide service and customer support on phone and on site
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks by cooperating with the technical team
• Providing professional customer support via phone and email

This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position
The hours will be Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM AFTER training 12PM-8PM

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Companies ATS Questions):

1. Do you have a minimum of 3 years experience in a service technician or mechanical technician role
2. Do you have knowledge of hydraulic systems
3. Do you have the ability to travel internationally 20% of the year for technical training, machine installation and support
4. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
